I am a huge fan of mushrooms and mushroom-based sauces. I love to add this creamy sauce with a few chicken breasts and freshly chopped mushrooms in a casserole dish. Bake in the oven and you have a healthy, tasty meal. I like to lay the chicken and pour the sauce over a bed of rice. The flavor is wonderful and I'm glad this makes cooking dinner for the family very easy.

Another great sauce from chicken tonight! I dice my chicken breasts up and add extra mushrooms to the dish, along with crushed garlic. I have served the finished product over rice as well as pasta, and both work very well depending on your preference. It's really creamy and flavorful, try it you won't be disappointed!
