Another great sauce from the chicken tonight range. Spanish chicken conjures up Mediterranean images of sun-ripened tomatoes and homegrown garlic and peppers. It does not disappoint, and can be poured over chicken breasts and popped in the oven to do it's business, while you relax with a glass of wine, alfresco of course!

After trying a number of the Chicken tonight range I was drawn to the deep colour of this particular jar. It looks so inviting.
Looking at the name makes me think that it has a deep flavour with mild spices. I am not wrong. It is delightful and adds a new direction to any chicken breast!

Another winner from Knorr this Spanish Chicken is superb to add to a stir fry or a casserole you have everything in the jar just add the chicken so simple.
The authentic mixture of tomatoes peppers olive oil and thyme really create a great tasting Spanish dish serve the stir fry with fresh crusty bread. Serve the casserole with a Green salad or pasta.

I tried different Spanish chicken mixes and sauces and nothing beats Chicken Tonight. Of all the varieties available, I would definitely rate this as one of the best, a smooth sauce with no large tomato chunks in it. It is a shame a portion only serves one diner for two/three people. Just add chicken!
