Coleman's cheddar cheese sauce is so great to have around when you're in a pinch for time. So easy to make, as all that you need is milk and pasta. The cheese flavour is pretty good, too! This recipe can also be used over vegetables. I wish the sauce was a bit thicker for the other occasions, but overall we love this quick and yummy recipe as a side dish or a main meal

It is a good base for cheese sauce, but following the instruction, the result is a bit too bland and thin. I'd give one star more, but the Full of Flavour so prominently in the package was too misleading for me. I do agree that taste isn't fake, artificial or plastic-like some cheap knockoffs, but no being bad is still far from being excellent. I still had to add some grated cheese and it was just slightly easier than doing the whole cheese sauce from scratch.

I find this sauce very useful as we like cauliflower cheese, but we are not able to buy cheddar cheese, so this product is very handy, and it is very good

I love cheddar even in Italy it is a cheese that you can find, this sachet is ideal for seasoning pasta or vegetables. You can use it if you have little time because it cooks quickly and makes the dishes tasty. It is not very fatty. I advise everyone to try it at least once.

I agree with other customers - Colman's Cheddar Cheese Sauce has the best flavour compared to other brands! It makes enough for a good cauliflower cheese, and is so easy to prepare. It makes a clump-free sauce, which is always a bonus! I've stocked up on a few packets to keep me going over the winter!

This is really handy, convenient and tasty. I do know how to make bechamel sauce but it's so messy and you have to be careful not to get lumps in it. How much easier is this! You just have to mix it up and pour it over your veg and pop the lot in the oven.

Tried this as a quick pasta bake sauce, added extra cheese and popped it into the over dotted with butter. Delicious. I was expecting that awful plastic taste of fake cheese 'essences' but I was pleasantly surprised. Very easy to make and a price that doesn't break the bank.
Colmans is a very good brand that always delivers on quality and ease of use. This sauce takes minutes to prepare and doesn't leave little clumps of undisolved mixture everywhere, like some other brands.

Colmans is by far the best brand for sauce mixes and I always have a couple of cheddar cheese sachets to hand. The texture is very creamy and the product dissolves rapidly in milk.
The taste is very real, compared with other mixes where the cheddar taste is incredibly fake. It is excellent over boiled broccoli and cauliflower, with added grated cheese (in the oven for 20 mins).
