Ingredients
Sugar, Glucose syrup, Vegetable fat (palm), Humectant (glycerol), Colours (vegetable carbon, lutein, anthocyanins, brilliant blue FCF), Thickeners (tragacanth, sodium carboxy methyl cellulose), Emulsifier (citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), Flavouring, Colouring foods (concentrates from safflower and lemon), Preservative (potassium sorbate), Acidity regulator (citric acid).
Storage Instructions
- Storage Type: Ambient.
- Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Once opened, wrap any unused icing in polythene or foil to prevent it drying out. Do not refrigerate. Best Before End See base of pack.

This wonderful product helps people like myself who can bake but finds decorating baked goods somewhat of a challenge.
I recently tried Dr. Oetker coloured icing and was very impressed by my beatifuuly decorated cake. I will certainly buy this product in the future. I did not find the process difficult in the least.

I recently took on cake making and decorating and you do need quite a lot of stuff to get started. Some white fondant and coloured icing is a must. Most of my cake decoration items are from Dr Oetker, a bit pricey but a very professional and delicious finish with some good quality ingredients.
