Oh gosh so loved this. Made a mushroom Chinese curry using it. Slightly hot which I loved. Its full of taste not the usual bland sauce mixes one often gets. Really quick to use in this type of dish. Think would need longer to cook if using meat but clear instructions on the pack. Order it again today.
