Not a favourite of mine but bought these fig rolls for my old dad!! and you would have thought he won the lottery!! McVities fig rolls are his absolute favourite he just loves the taste and texture eating them straight from the packet or dunking them in his tea!! the only thing i have to make sure of is that he stops eating them and doesn't eat the whole packet

This product contains 12 crisp biscuits filled with fig paste. The biscuits are thick and slightly chewy, providing for a good foil to the fig paste. The fig paste is slightly gritty but nonetheless flavourful. It is sweet and complements the outer biscuit covering very well. It does not taste artificial, which makes it all the more appealing. These biscuits can be eaten on their own, or with a cup of tea. Overall, this product is worth the purchase.

We live in Italy so there is plenty of fresh figs actually here but give me Fig Roll and I know what I choose.I love the filled center with the gooey fig and the pastry is crumbly delicious great.It is one other product that i buy from Jacobs on regular bases.Its great to see it in a price reduction section.we can buy some more to last longer.

We love Crawfords Fig Rolls and we often eat these as a substitute to a regular breakfast, when we are in a rush for example. Each biscuit is jam packed with a delicious dense fig filling, and encased in a crisp tasty biscuit. They are very filling and two or maybe three biscuits are more than enough for anyone.

I used to love Fig Rolls and craved them for many years before finding them here online at the BCS. As most things, I remembered them as better than they actually are. The taste is fantastic, the fig filling is delicious and plentiful, but the biscuit is slightly 'harder' than I remember. On the whole, they are delicious, satisfying fruit biscuits but not top marks for the 'hard biscuit' I'm afraid.

Like most, I avoided these like the plague when I was a kid, but now I love them.
A rich, crumbly pastry filled with a deliciously gooey fig center. The fig to pastry ratio is higher and the pastry actually tastes of something when compared to the other brand available. Lost one star as I find they tend to go stale quicker.
