I have used this product in the past and was impressed with both the taste and texture, as good as fresh without the prep work.
Whenever I see apples I am reminded of a valuable lesson my dad taught me when I was about twelve years old. I went to the outdoor market with two mates and we decided to steal an apple each, the vendor saw us and took chase. They ran like blazes, I forgot I could not do the same as I have cerebral palsy, he caught me and took me home to my parents. My dad apologized, paid for the apple and then went out. I was sure he was going to kill me and he had just left!.
He returned a short time later with a very large basket of apples and told me I had to eat the lot and could not have any other food until they were gone.
I ate the apples and can honestly say I have never considered stealing again. To this day I prefer apples in a pie and this product makes a good pie.
