Colmans Onion Sauce Sachet is an easy-to-use sauce mix that can be used in tandem with all manner of meat-based dishes. Perfect for serving up with a traditional British Sunday roast.
To create the sauce, simply add the sachet’s contents to a saucepan and stir in a ½ pint of milk. Bring to the boil and then leave it to simmer for a couple of minutes before serving – it’s as easy as that!

I didn't even know this was a thing until we were making our shopping list for Christmas dinner. My inlaws are from Coventry and have been in the USA for over 15 years and have been seriously missing some of the most random foods lol so when my mother in law tried to describe onion sauce I was intrigued but sceptical... How can a sauce packet be that good ... Well it's flipping fantastic, I'm a big fan of adding fresh or cooked onion to all our meals but this takes the cake. It's a wonderful roast onion flavor reminiscent of funions and in a nice gravy textured creamy sauce, really went well with roast turkey and chicken!
