Colmans Parsley Sauce Sachet is an easy-to-use sauce mix that will add a delicious touch to any gammon or white fish-based dish.
To create the sauce, simply add the sachet’s contents to a saucepan and stir in a ½ pint of milk. Bring to the boil and then leave it to simmer for a couple of minutes before serving – it’s as easy as that!

This is great for throwing on the top of some fish, vegetables and potatoes. It adds a nice flavour without ruining the taste of the fish. If you find some sauces overpowering, this sauce will be a good option. Its delicate flavour pairs really well with fish and potatoes. Also, the sauce is very easy to make up and because it is in a sachet, you do not have to worry about it breaking in transit.

I have absolutely no idea how to make parsley sauce from scratch. With this packet, I can enjoy it often with fish. I think it goes perfectly with bread fish, mashed potatoes and mushy peas. One little problem with this mix is that if you don't stir it constantly, ideally with a whisk, then it can go lumpy quickly.

Colman's parsley sauce is the essential sauce to make white fish look fancy! All you need is milk, freshly chopped parsley and chopped onions. It thickens quickly and the texture is incredibly creamy. It is also delicious poured over a side dish of white rice or mashed potatoes.
