For many, a steak isn’t complete without a helping of pepper sauce... Colmans Pepper Sauce Mix enables you to create a delicious pepper sauce in minutes, adding the perfect finish to that steak meal.
To create the sauce, simply add the sachet’s contents to a saucepan and stir in a ½ pint of milk. Bring to the boil and then leave it to simmer for a couple of minutes before serving – it’s as easy as that!

LOVE THIS SAUCE ! We love this sauce so much in our house that I order this in bulk and have it shipped to a freight forwarder in the USA and then on to the Bahamas where we live. We put it on everything! My husband adds cream and butter to it and uses it as a pasta sauce also. Colmans used to make a different one in a black package which I believe was called Luxury Peppercorn Sauce, but this one is just as good.

Colmans pepper sauce has a nice smooth creamy texture in which coarsely ground black pepper corns lay in wait to give your taste buds a nice kick when you bite into them. Simple to make - just add milk, heat and stir. A great dressing to a sizzling juicy piece of grilled steak. Delicious!

We absolutely love Peppercorn sauce, and cannot have a steak without it. We don't really like using powdered sauces but with no access to the Schwartz 'Creamy Pepper Sauce' (already made up) in the US, this was the only alternative. We were pleasantly surprised as the sauce gets lovely and thick and the flavour is great - we just add a few ground peppercorns for that extra zing.
