I like bananas but not if they have developed brown 'age' spots. When this occurs a make a banana loaf and put a couple of handfuls of Dr. Oetker chocolate chips into the batter. The cooked banana loaf is very moist and tender. I cut it into slices and freeze a few pieces, it freezes nicely.
