This is the best colourant ever, don't even bother with liquid just trust these gels. You get a perfect concentrated colouring every time, depending on the amount of it you use obviously. I even add this to orange marmalade to give it a stronger colour. Just mix a tiny dot of it into a drop of water and add to the marmalade just before putting into jars. Perfect!
