I used this to color the icing for my home made Party Rings. This really is a sky blue! My family thought I was making cookies for a baby shower but it's a lovely color for when you want to make cookies for someone having (or has) a little boy.

Although it reads 'sky blue', if used sparingly it is the most beautiful 'baby blue' I've ever seen. As with all Dr. Oetker food colour gels, this is perfect. You get the exact colour that you see on the outside of the package, of course, deeper or lighter according to the quantity of gel you use. Great stuff!
