Love Dr Oetker and their gel food colour is fantastic value for money. You need only a little bit and it goes a long way. I used this colour with Dr Oetker Regal Ice Ready to Roll to tint it and create beautiful yellow sunflower petals. The colour was really vibrant and easy to work into the icing. Fantastic product!

I used this to color the icing for my home made Party Rings and it came out to be a delight! A bright, warm yellow came out as a result. When I received this, I was surprised at how tiny the little product is! Of course, the weight is only 10g, so it will be small.

The best colouring is definitely in this gel form and Dr. Oetker sells good quality, colourants for home baking. Their Sunshine Yellow is much brighter than the ordinary yellow and mixed with a tiny dot of orange, you can obtain an 'almost gold' colouring for your icings and cake coverings. Wonderful stuff!
