Christmas is on the way (she says, rubbing her hands together with glee ;-) ) and my Christmas cake will soon be in the oven. When I'm ready to decorate it I will definitely be needing my Dr. Oetker Red Food Colouring Gel. No liquid food colourant gets close to red, nothing as good as this. Just a few drops in my fondant icing (if you make you own check out Liquid Glucose and Glycerine at BCS), will make the most beautiful and simple poinsettia decoration ever. Can't wait!
