Mostly I make my own pizza bases, but when I'm after something quick with minimal input required, then these are just the ticket! You control exactly what goes into the toppings, so there's no nasty surprises. I put chilli in the tomato sauce on my son's base, as he likes things fiery, and we have the more traditional basil, before loading up with our favourite toppings, healthy or not, the choice is yours!

It is really easy to use, cooks perfectly, and is very versatile as you can create a lot of different versions. My favorite is with plum tomatoes, mozzarella and pancetta.
