I love black bean sauce and cannot get it in Chinese restaurants here in France, and haven't had much luck in the supermarkets either, so I was delighted to find it available on this website.
An affordable price too.
It's so easy to use too, you just stir it into your veg/meat in the wok a few minutes before serving. It's a really rich and thick sauce! So tasty.

Beef in a black bean sauce was always one of my best dishes at a local Chinese until I came to live in Italy.
I don't think they are very open to outside of Italy food.
