Amoy stir fry chow mein sauce is a delight to eat being so easy to use as its prepared for you all i normally do to prepare our stir fry is finely chop a good selection of veggies and keep to one side in readiness finely slice the chosen meat be it pork beef or chicken and add to the fry pan or wok if you have one cook for a little while the add the veggies and chow mein sauce job done one great meal
