Sometimes I feel like cooking up a nice Chinese stir fry with some chicken or pork and a bunch of vegetables. This sweet and sour sauce certainly makes things a lot easier and it is quite tasty. There's sweetness and tanginess, which make two perfectly contrasting flavors. I like to add some crunchy veggies like snap peas, carrots, bell peppers, and some juicy pineapple. Throw everything in a wok and serve atop some fried rice. Voila! You have a tasty meal.
