With a rich concentrated tomato flavour, Napolina Passata is the perfect ingredient for a pasta sauce.
Passata is a blend of smooth sieved tomatoes and will provide a whole load of taste for many sauces, soups and stews.
Add the passata to sauteed garlic and onions, along with a squeeze of tomato puree and a splash of red wine. Once cooked, stir in fresh basil leaves and add to freshly cooked pasta for a truly authentic Italian meal.
