Without a doubt, peeled plum tomatoes are far superior to their chopped cousins. They seem to retain more of their natural sweetness and their fresh flavour. These cupboard essentials can be used in so many ways as well. On toast, they taste scrumptious with a little grated cheese. They make a great base for pasta or chilli sauce and are a wonderful addition to a cheeky cooked breakfast. Really delicious tomatoes.
