I particularly love this Coleman's mix as this does not have any alcohol in the ingredients unlike most of its counterparts. It's so easy to use just add your protein, veggies and liquid. The house smells amazing as it's cooking slowly. Our guests love it as do we as one of our favorite suppers.

If you want to serve something that is good and easy then this is for you. The herbs and flavoring used are all balanced. Just make sure you do not use too much water in it to have a juicy and thick sauce. Sounds weird but I added some raisins and gave it a bit sweetness. Lovely meal!

Colmans chicken chasseur is a blend of paprika, tomato and herbs that you mix with water and add to chicken and veg to make a hearty and easy to make winter warmer.
This is perfect with mashed / boiled potatoes or rice and seasonal vegetables. Even my husbands enjoys this and he refuses to eat 'gravy type' dinners.

You get a lovely tasting, easy to make meal with these little Colmans sachets and this Chicken Chasseur one is particularly my favourite. It might sound odd, but I add pitted green olives as well as mushrooms to the Chasseur as it reminds me of Chicken alla Catalan, popular in the south of France. Economic and tasty, just add chicken pieces, veg of your choice and a dash of white wine or cider goes lovely with it.

The chicken chasseur version is very hearty, ideal with chicken breasts as well as chicken drumsticks. Add sliced mushrooms, onions and carrots as well as a dash of red wine to make it special and serve with mash.
